1. Terms

By accessing the propiedadcuba.com website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site. The materials contained in this Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use license

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on propiedadcuba.com for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display;
• attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any software contained on the Site;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” them on any other server.

This licence terminates automatically if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by propiedadcuba.com at any time.

3. Payments, listing fees and featured placement

Some services on the Site are paid. Current prices are shown on the Pricing page and may be changed at any time; the price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to that purchase.

3.1 What you can pay for

• Listing publication fee — a one-off fee to publish an advertisement, unless it is covered by an active subscription.
• Featured placement — an optional, time-limited paid upgrade that boosts a listing in search results, on the home page “Recommended for you” section and in the “Featured homes” top list.
• Subscriptions — recurring plans for private sellers and agencies that include a listing allowance and featured credits.

3.2 How payments are processed

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. propiedadcuba.com does not store full card numbers on its own servers. A purchase is only fulfilled after the provider confirms the payment (via a secure server-to-server webhook); each confirmation is processed once (idempotently) so you are never charged or fulfilled twice for the same event. You will receive an on-site confirmation and, where applicable, an email receipt. Prices are shown in USD and, unless stated otherwise, exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Refunds

Listing fees and featured placements are digital services that are delivered immediately, and are generally non-refundable once the listing is published or the featured period has started, except where required by applicable law or where the service could not be delivered due to a fault on our side. Subscriptions can be cancelled for future billing periods; cancellation does not refund the current period. For any billing question, contact arloysmaciasrojas@gmail.com.

3.4 Our role

propiedadcuba.com is an advertising marketplace. We are not a party to any transaction for the purchase, sale or rental of a property between users, we do not act as a broker or escrow agent, and we do not guarantee any sale. Any agreement for a property is solely between the buyer and the seller/agent.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on the Site are provided “as is”. propiedadcuba.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. propiedadcuba.com does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of the materials or of any listing content submitted by users.

5. Limitations

In no event shall propiedadcuba.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site, even if propiedadcuba.com has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

6. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on the Site could include technical, typographical or photographic errors. propiedadcuba.com does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete or current, and may change the materials at any time without notice.

7. Links

propiedadcuba.com has not reviewed all of the sites linked to the Site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use of any linked website is at the user’s own risk.

8. Modifications

propiedadcuba.com may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using the Site you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where you deal with us as a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the country in which you reside — including buyers located in the United States — and nothing in these terms limits those rights.
